An afternoon in the life of

This is the view from my desk, and this is the weather that happened in the space of 4 hours in an afternoon. Not great watercolours, but gives an idea of how quickly it can all change up here. Should have been working on something else, but couldn't resist trying to capture what was happening outside.

  2. The colors and power of a storm have such a beauty that calls one to try to capture it. Lovely captures in your art.

  4. Wow Cat, what a truly fantastic blog. I love looking at blogs and this is going to become a regular. I so admire that you actually get out there and draw for the sheer pleasure of it. Most of all I love your end of month diary sheets. One of my new year's resolutions was to be more creative, and I mean by that to draw/paint or make things just for me, not for any commercial end use. You have really inspired me and brightened up a MISERABLE rainy day! Thanks Tart!! :) xx

  5. I love this on so many levels. The colours, the spontineity (can't spell) the transition from one image to another and that captured moment in time. Nice :-)

  9. Reminds me of the rolling hills of southwest Missouri's Ozarks where I lived for about 10 years. It's to flat where I'm at now. Miss those hills. X.
